Challenge

The sportsbook will offer different types of Challenges for players to choose from. Players can select and complete a Challenge to receive a free bet.

  1. Bets will count towards qualifying for the Challenge only after players start the Challenge.
  2. Players can select up to two Challenges at a time. Once selected, it cannot be canceled until completed or expired.
  3. Canceled bet, fully cash out, bets placed with free bets or risk-free bets are excluded in Challenge (unless the challenge has a special note for that).
  4. If a bet meets the conditions for two challenges simultaneously, the progress for both challenges will be increased at the same time.
  5. The reward will not be credited automatically. Players must click to claim the reward after all the qualifying bets are settled.
  6. The sportsbook does not guarantee that the conditions or return rates will be the same for every Challenge.

Mystery Box

When placing bets, players can enable the contribution toggle to earn Mystery Coins, which can be used to purchase keys for opening Mystery Boxes. Winning a Mystery Box may reward players with a Free Bet or a share of the prize pool.

  1. Whenever players place a bet, they can choose to contribute 1% of the stake to the Mystery Box. You can set the default toggle setting for this feature in [Settings > Gamification Settings].
  2. The number of Mystery Coins awarded depends on the player's contribution amount, using a consistent calculation method with a conversion rate of 0.01 EUR = 1 Mystery Coin, adjusted to each player's currency.
  3. The contributed amount will not be refunded in the case of match cancellation, draw result, or any cash out.
  4. The results of opening the Mystery Boxes are random, and the sportsbook does not guarantee any prize (except for the Platinum Key).
  5. Except for the reward “percentage of Mystery Box”, all other rewards will be Free Bets.

VIP benefits

Players can earn Loyalty Points through continuous betting. Once these points reach a certain threshold, they can elevate the player’s VIP level. Higher VIP levels provide enhanced Combo Bonus boosts and faster Early Payout options.

  1. Players will not be able to see your Loyalty Points progress until you reach a certain betting amount, but points will still be accumulated through your bets before that.
  2. Players’ earned loyalty points will remain valid for 100 days, with points from each day calculated individually. For example, points earned on the first day will expire on the 101st day, points from the second day will expire on the 102nd day, and so forth.
  3. Each VIP level comes with unique privileges. Your current level is displayed at the top, and the benefits of each tier can be found below.

The Sportsbook reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude certain customers from this feature and to change the terms or availability of this offer at any time.

If any term of the Gamification offer is breached, or if there is evidence that a player is abusing the Gamification or using the Gamification to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group), the Sportsbook reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reclaim the bonus element of such offer and/or void the Gamification and any bet funded by the Gamification offer and/or take any other action it deems necessary.
