What Are Challenges?

We offer exciting story-driven challenges where players can progress through different levels, each increasing in difficulty and rewards. The further you go, the bigger the prizes!

How to Join the Challenge?

Step 1: Find the Challenge Section Easily:

Go to "My Account" → Click on "Challenges."
Browse available challenges and select "Start" on the ones you want to participate in.
Track your progress using the progress bar.

Step 2: Complete the Challenge Requirements:

Simply place bets that meet the challenge qualifications.

Step 3: Claim Your Rewards:

Once you complete the challenge, the progress bar will turn into a "Claim" button. Click it, and your free bet will be instantly credited to "My Bonuses."

T&Cs

Bets will count towards qualifying for the Challenge only after players start the Challenge.
Players can select up to two Challenges at a time. Once selected, it cannot be canceled until completed or expired.
Canceled bet, fully cash out, bets placed with free bets or risk-free bets are excluded in Challenge (unless the challenge has a special note for that).
If a bet meets the conditions for two challenges simultaneously, the progress for both challenges will be increased at the same time.
Only bets that can be fully settled before the challenge ends will be counted.
The reward will not be credited automatically. Players must click to claim the reward after all the qualifying bets are settled.
The sportsbook does not guarantee that the conditions or return rates will be the same for every Challenge.
We can't guarantee a fixed minimum stake amount, as it may vary with exchange rate fluctuations. That said, we will assess your bet based on the minimum stake amount at the time of placement.

The Sportsbook reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude certain customers from this feature and to change the terms or availability of this offer at any time.

If any term of the Gamification offer is breached, or if there is evidence that a player is abusing the Gamification or using the Gamification to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group), the Sportsbook reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reclaim the bonus element of such offer and/or void the Gamification and any bet funded by the Gamification offer and/or take any other action it deems necessary.

What Is the Mystery Box?

The Mystery Box is an exciting reward game where you contribute 1% of your stake to the prize pool and earn Mystery Coins. These coins let you unlock mystery boxes packed with free bets and a share of the prize pool!

How to Collect the Mystery Box?

Step 1: Activate & Start Earning Effortlessly

Turn on the "Contribute to Mystery Box" toggle before placing bets.
Every bet automatically earns you Mystery Coins!

Step 2: Earn Coins & Unlock Mystery Boxes

Place bets to collect Mystery Coins.
Once you meet the opening requirements, you can unlock your Mystery Box and claim your share of the prize pool!

Step 3: Claim Your Rewards Instantly

When you have enough coins, choose a Mystery Box to open.
Click "Open" and your free bets will be instantly credited to "My Bonuses"!

T&Cs

Whenever players place a bet, they can choose to contribute 1% of the stake to the Mystery Box. You can set the default toggle setting for this feature in [Settings > Gamification Settings].
The number of Mystery Coins awarded depends on the player's contribution amount, using a consistent calculation method with a conversion rate of 1 EUR stake = 1 Mystery Coin, adjusted to each player's currency.
The contributed amount will not be refunded in the case of match cancellation, draw result, or any cash out.
The results of opening the Mystery Boxes are random, and the sportsbook does not guarantee any prize ( except for the Platinum Box ).
Except for the reward “percentage of Mystery Box”, all other rewards will be Free Bets.

How It Works

Earn & Level Up – Every bet earns Loyalty Points. Once you reach a certain threshold, your VIP level increases, unlocking better rewards.

Tracking Points – Your points start accumulating immediately, but progress will only be visible once you reach a minimum betting amount.
100-Day Validity – Loyalty Points are valid for 100 days. Each day’s points expire individually (e.g., points earned on Day 1 expire on Day 101, Day 2 on Day 102, and so on).
