Disclaimer

  1. In case of discrepancies in event or team names, the official English version shall prevail. In case of inconsistency between English and non-English versions of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence.

  2. Information displayed for live events (odds, lines, spreads, handicaps, totals, start times, scores, statistics) is provided as a guide only. We accept no liability for inaccuracies. Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of such information at the time of placing their bets.

  3. Errors may occur in the acceptance or settlement of bets, including but not limited to:

    • Odds, lines, spreads, handicaps or totals being clearly incorrect or materially different from the general market;
    • Bets accepted on suspended or removed markets;
    • Bets accepted on incompatible events due to human or technical error;
    • Settlement or payment errors.

  4. In all such cases, the Sportsbook reserves the right to:

    • Void affected bets, or
    • Correct and re-settle bets at the correct odds/lines/terms that should have applied at the time of placement.

  5. Where applicable, official results as declared by the governing sports body shall prevail for settlement purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Sportsbook rules.

  6. General Postponed Event Rule (All Sports)
    If an event is postponed and does not start, or if no official information about the event is available within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void.

Odds Changing Rules

If the odds on the bet slip undergo any changes, we offer three available options from the Odds Changes Setting.

  • Accept all odds changes: system will automatically accept any new odds and player will not receive any prompt message. But if there is a change in points, there will be a prompt message to player whether to accept or reject the new offer.
  • Accept only better odds: all new odds on the selection will trigger prompt message to player whether to accept or reject the new odds.
  • Do not accept new odds: all new odds on the selection will trigger prompt message to player whether to accept or reject the new odds.
